R4P2 - Day 26

I've been up and down the past couple of days because I'm still not eating right. I spent the morning pre-cooking my food for this weekend since we're going to be out of town. Hopefully I can stick with it. I'm not bringing anything else with me so it will be harder to cheat. thankfully I'm attending a seminar so I'll be busy during the day. I think Monday and Tuesday of next week will be my no HCG VLCD days. If I can stick with that I can start maintenance on Wednesday and still have a couple of days before we leave for Minnesota.

I'm doing a Fage non-fat Greek yogurt day today.

R4P2 - Day 23

So I'm up a little after blowing it yet again yesterday. Had decided to do a steak day and did pretty good until tonight. Had a handful of almonds and 2 grissini. Sheez, I don't know whay this round has been so hard for me to stay on track.

R4P2 - Day 22

Okay.....so I'm back down to my lowest weight this round. I tried an apple day yesterday and was thoroughly nauseous after 2 apples, so I finished my day with Fage Greek fat free yogurt and strawberries. I wasn't expecting to drop anything . Since I havn't been weighing in like I should I can only guess that I dropped 1.5 or better. I've decided to do a min-steak day today since my schedule is like crazy hectic today. It should get me over the hump and hopefully back on track!

By the way....I'm still up over 10 pounds from what I weighed the end of round 3! I've decided to stick with the P2 through the weekend and stop next week so that I'm on maintenance for my trip to Minnesota. I still want to get into the 130's and then maintain that weight for awhile before trying to drop down into the 120's. Maintenance is the key to this program, that's for sure. We have a 5 hour flight  and we're leaving at 11:00 in the morning. I'm not sure what kind of food I can bring on the flight. It's been a while since I've flown anywhere, but I think they have restrictions as to what you can bring on board. At least they do for liquids. I'm not sure about food though. Will have to check with the airlines I guess.

R4P2 - Day 21

I did not weigh today because I know I'm up and just can't handle the disappointment. I got down to 143.7, almost 10 pounds from my start weight, but didn't do to good over the weekend. it's not that I ate horrible, but I didn't stick to P2 foods. The grocery store and Fage yogurt on clearance for 50% off and i couldn't resist, so for a couple of my meals I've had Greek Fage yogurt and strawberries, which I really didn't think would hurt me all that much, but I gained. So toady I'm doing an apple day. Picked up some beautiful Honeycrisp apples over the weekend. I'm also planning on doing a mini-steak day tomorrow because of my hectic schedule. So Hopefully with the combination of the two I'll be back down on Wednesday!

I'm heading out of town this weekend and was debating on whether to go on to Phase 3, but I think that I'll stick with the P2 until next Thursday. We're leaving for Minnesota on that Friday. It seams like no matter what I do it it's going to be hard either way. I'm attending a seminar in Minnesota and I'm not sure how that's going to work with maintenance. I just have to remember.....NO SUGAR......NO STARCH!!! Hopefully I won't gain back everything I've lost in 6 days!

R4P2 - Day 16

Okay....it's already the 16th day into this round and I haven't even lost 10 pounds yet!?!?!? I usually lose 10 within the first week and a half. I need to lose 9.9 more pounds to make my goal. Still trying to decide whether to quit next Friday or try and stick with it until the 28th. At this rate....it's looking like the 28th!

Plus I didn't stick with it again today......and I wonder why the program isn't working as good......DUH!!! I decided to do another mini-steak day today but only made it until about 2:00. I had a salad at McDonald's on the fly. Had P2 chili when I got home and then later had a handful of almonds. I didn't have any fruit today so I'm hoping tomorrow isn't a complete bust!

R4P2 - Day 15

I had a hectic morning and didn't weight in. I can only imagine that I gained after my 'cheats' this weekend so I did a mini-steak day today. Plus I've really been working on the whole water thing today.

Dinner - 360
200 g steak

Let's hope I see a drop in the scale tomorrow. It's going to be another crazy day for me. I have a doctor's appointment in the morning for my annual physical.....YUK!!!.....then a meeting with a client and lots of errands in between so I'm thinking that even if I lose some tomorrow I may do another mini-steak day just because it would be easier.

I also have a dilemma. I wanted to be off this round for a trip out of town the 24, 25 of this month. That would give me a week to be on maintenance before attending a seminar in Minnesota the following week. However, I'm doing lousy on this round and haven't lost anywhere near what I wanted to, so I'm debating on whether to stick with it until the 28th, right before my trip to Minnesota or stop on the 23rd before our trip out of town. I guess alot will depend on what I do in the next 11 days!

Not to surprised after eating the extra steak and having the chai tea yesterday, plus still struggling with my water. Can't seam to get down as much as I should be this round.

I managed to blow it again today. I had a shortbread cookie and a raisin roll today. Had my regular lunch and dinner but no fruit or grissini, so I'm hoping it won't be too bad tomorrow.

Lunch - 180
100 g steak
2 c zucchini

Dinner - 200
Eggs
Zucchini

Decided to have eggs for dinner with chopped zucchini.

Total calories - 380 plus the cookie and roll.
