You know, if I were on maintenance I would be pretty happy about the scales staying the same. However, since I'm not......what's going on!!! If I stay the same tomorrow or gain, I'm thinking I'll do another apple day. I hate doing 2 in one week, but somethings got to budge and I don't want to wait for another 2-3 days without progress.....I don't have the days to waste!

100 g chicken

Total calories - 376
I'm going to cut out the grissini tomorrow and no more eating the same fruit for both meals. I'm also going to stop with the zucchini and stick to protocol foods and see if that makes a difference. I may give up the turkey too. I don't want to be on this for another 2 weeks and only lose a few more pounds!
