R3P2 - Day 5

Start weight 146.4
Today's weight 138.9
Loss/Gain -.9

I'm playing catch up with my blog. Have been ubber busy and then the site was down when I was finally able to log on. I was happy that I'm not down to .4 and .2 losses, especially for the first week. I can live with .9 if it keeps it up. I tried something different today. I added broccoli and zucchini just to see if it makes a difference. Again......these foods are not on the program, but some have been able to eat these and still lose weight so I thought I'd give it a try.

Breakfast - 5

Coffee with vanilla cream stevia

Lunch - 205

100 g chicken
2 c broccoli
strawberries

Dinner - 230

100 g turkey
2 c zucchini
Orange

Total calories - 440
