I think it's interesting that I can eat as much as 1700 to 1900 calories and actually lose weight! I'm down now to my LDW plus 2, which means today is not an apple day! Yeah!!!

Today was a busy day. I was running behind and forgot to eat lunch before a hair appointment so I grabbed an apple and some ham and ate it on my way to town (we live about 20 to 25 minutes from town). I also brought the trail mix and almonds for an afternoon snack. Let's hope this trend keeps up.
