R1P3 - Day 18

I've gotten a little behind in my post, so this post is for Wednesday, January 26th. I think my weight has finally stabalized. I'm 1.5 over my LDW, which is still below my 2 pound gain limit and I'm eating ALOT!!! I have to plan my meals and snacks, otherwise it would be very easy not to eat, because I'm really not hungry. I haven't been hungry since I started the HCG program. To go from eating 500 calories a day to eating close to 1900 and either losing or staying the same is crazy! I keep expecting to gain......so we'll see what tomorrow brings!

Breakfast - 263

Scrabbled eggs with ham

2 oz ham

Mid morning snack - 264

2 pears
2 sting cheese

Lunch - 420

3 homemade chile rellenos

Afternoon snack - 353

1 oz trail mix
2 c cherries

Dinner - 115

5 oz greek yogurt
2/3 c blueberries

After dinner snack - 373

2 oz colby cheese
1 oz trail mix

Total calories - 1788
