R1P3 - Day 19

This post is for Thursday, January 27th. Again, another day without a gain and I had over 1,700 calories yesterday! Whoo hoo!!!! I'm going to shoot for more calories today and see what happens tomorrow. I only have one more week on maintenance and then I start Round 2. I am soooo looking forward to getting back on protocol and dropping the rest of the weight I need to lose. I think round 2 should do it for me. I's like to lose 30 more pounds, which will put me down to less that what I weighed when my husband and I got married 12 years ago. I'd be happy with a 25 pound loss, which shouldn't be too hard, since I lost 17.6 pounds in 21 days I should be able to lose at least 25 in 40 days.

Breakfast - 263

Scrabbled eggs and ham
2 eggs
2 oz ham

Mid morning snack - 291

1 1/4 c cottage cheese - 2%
1/2 c pineapple

Lunch - 303

1 chicken thigh
2/3 c zucchini
5 small mushrooms
1/3 c onions
1 tbls light butter
1/4 c colby cheese

Afternoon Snack - 295

5 oz greek yogurt
1 c blueberries
1 oz raw almonds - chopped
stevia to taste

Dinner - 416

1 chicken thigh
2/3 c zucchini
1/3 c onions
5 small mushrooms
1 tbls light butter
1/4 c colby cheese
1 1/4 c cherries

After dinner snack - 173

1 oz trail mix

Before bed snack - 193

1 oz trail mix
3/4 oz almonds

Total calories - 1934

Just before bed I decided to have some more trail mix and almonds. I need something to munch on and I thought what the heck, lets push the envelope and see what happens tomorrow. I gues tomorrow will tell!
