R1P3 - Day 24

I'm up a little today. I gained back the .4 that I lost yesterday. I guess not eating much yesterday didn't help. It's just hard to wrap your mind around eating more to lose weight when you've been a life time dieter. Still a hard concept to grasp. Anyway.....I managed to get my calories up to over 1600 today so we'll see what the scales read tomorrow.

Breakfast - 335

Scrambled eggs with ham and cheese
2 eggs
1 1/2 oz ham
1/4 c colby jack cheese

Mid morning snack - 188

2/3 c cottage cheese
2/3 c pineapple

Lunch - 320

1 c greek yogurt
1 c blueberries
1 oz raw almonds chopped
stevia to taste

Afternoon snack - 340

2 c cherries
1 oz raw almonds

Dinner - 473

8 oz pork chop
2 c cherries

Total calories - 1,655

I picked up fresh cherries today because they were on sale and then couldn't resist them! They were so good. I still tried to keep my proteins up. Tomorrow should be interesting.
