Still loosing although it was another crazy day for me. We had friends that decided they wanted to come over to play cards and stayed until 9:30. So I didn't get to eat my normal dinner. I did have chicken and some tangelos, but no veggies. Just to be on the safe side, I'm planning on an apple day tomorrow.

100 g steak
2 c asparagus

Dinner - 270
100g chicken
4 tangelos
Total calories - 510
I'm due to weigh in and measure on Monday again so I'm excited about doing another apple day tomorrow. I usually drop between 1.8 and 2.2 pounds. It would be nice to be down to 145 on Monday!
