Stayed the same. I still think it's because I blew it Sunday night. Not discouraged though. Still have a long way to go.....31 days left. I'm still hungrier than I was on the first round. I've been trying to have my fruit in between meals so I'm eating 4 times instead of just 2.

I had a whole grapefruit instead of a half one.
