Here we go again with the .2 weight loss. I may try upping may calories a bit tomorrow just to see how it works and if it shakes things up or not. Total weight loss is 9.5 and it's day 12!!!

I made cabbage soup and added the chicken to it. It's been cold and I felt like something hot. A few dashed of Chalupa hot sauce and it was very tasty.
Dinner - 255
100g steak
1 c onions
7 strawberries
grissini
1 tbls Braggs aminos
Total calories - 505
