R2P3 - Day 14

Start weight 161.4

Today's weight 139.6
Gain/Loss -1.3

Not bad considering that I had some nuts yesterday afternoon, so it wasn't an honest steak day. Did much better today so I'm hoping I don't gain tomorrow. Didn't cheat once today. No sugar.....No starch!!!

Breakfast

1 c greek yogurt
1 c blueberries
1 oz raw almonds

Lunch

1/2 c zucchini
2/3 c broccoli
1/4 c mushrooms
1/2 c pineapple chunks
1 tbls butter

Sauteed the veggies in butter than added the pineapple and a little Bragg's liquid amino's. Had a very Polynesian taste to it. Would have been fantastic over rice.

Dinner

10 oz ribeye
salad w/Roquefort dressing
strawberries

It's 11:00 at night and I'm too tired to figure up the calories.
