You read it right.....down .2 even after eating a pound of sesame chicken last night! I thought for sure today would be a steak day but I'm 1.6 below my 2 pound limit so nooooooo steak day for me!

Half of a very small piece of cheesecake! Yes I caved!!!

I couldn't resist the cheesecake. I was tempted to run down to the store and get ice cream tonight but remembered I had a few leftover pieces of cheesecake that I had frozen......so I just had a little bit. We'll see if my goof fortune with my recent cheats will hold true tomorrow.....or if tomorrow is a steak day.
