I guess all the wrong foods I've been eating is catching up with me, especially after the binge last night! I was good today though. No starch, no sugars! Let's hope it shows on the scales tomorrow. The good news is that I don't have to do a steak day. I'm still .7 below my 2 pound limit.

2 scoop salad which is 2 scoops of there awesome chicken salad on top of a bed of lettuce. Their chicken salad has walnuts, apples in it.
