Down another .3 so I'm now .6 above my LDW and 1.4 pounds below my 2 pound limit. Had a crazy day again and didn't eat as much as I should have.....but I didn't cheat today! I'm hoping my schedule calms down next month so I can have a little breathing space.
Breakfast - 325
Veggie Omelet
3 eggs
1/2 c zucchini
1/2 cup mushrooms
1/3 c onions
1 tbls butter
Dinner - 214
Chicken and veggies
3 oz chicken breast shredded
1/2 c zucchini
1/2 c mushrooms
1/2 c onions
1 tsp butter
Snacks - 361
2 string cheese
1 oz almonds
1 c greek yogurt
Strawberries
Total calories - 900
Worked from 11:30 till 5:00 without a break so I missed lunch. I'm anxious to see if the lower calories has any effect on my weight. Last time it did. I would gain weight every time I dipped below 1500. So we'll see what happens tomorrow.
