Stayed the same today. So I'm trying a mini steak day. Nothing for breakfast and lunch and then a small steak and an apple for dinner. Let's see if that works!

Total calories - 550
I had the apple about an hour and half after having the steak and I ate the steak at 4:30. Had lots of water and tea today.....let's hope the scales are kind to me tomorrow!
