R2P2 - Day 37

Start weight 161.4
Today's weight 143.5
Gain/Loss -1.1

Down 1.1 after min-steak day. Didn't do too good today. I had extra strawberries and 3 handfuls of almonds (finished them off so no more temptation). So I'm expecting my weight to go up tomorrow. Plus I had meetings all day and was in a hurry so had cottage cheese with tomato for lunch. While it's on the protocol I haven't been having any dairy. I'm sure it won't help!

Lunch - 260

1/2 c cottage cheese

apple

Dinner - 161

100 g chicken breast
2 c lettuce
strawberries

After dinner snack - 235

almonds
strawberries

Total calories - 661
