I'm hoping my indulgences on Sunday are over and I can get back to losing weight. I was hoping to be below 150 by now. Hopefully this week!

Breakfast - 5

Coffee with vanilla cream stevia

Lunch - 161

100g chicken
2 c lettuce
7 strawberries

Dinner - 282

100 g steak
2 c asparagus
1 tbls Braggs aminos
1 tbls Braggs yeast seasoning
apple

Bought something new to try. Braggs Nutritional Yeast Seasoning. I had in on my asparagus. Not bad.

Total calories - 443
