R2P2 - Day 15

Yes, the apple day worked! Way better than it did the last time I tried it in round 1. Now if it will just get the weight loss kicked in again! I was very good today and have stopped eating the bread again just to see if it makes a difference.

Breakfast - 5

Coffee with vanilla cream stevia

Lunch - 235

100 g steak
2 c asparagus
7 strawberries
1 tbls Braggs aminos

Dinner - 225

100g chicken breast
2 c cabbage
apple

Total calories - 465

I'm a little short on my water intake for the day. It's been really cold again, and I always find it harder to drink water when it's cold. Have about 20 more ounces to drink before bed!
