R2P3 - Day 15

It's been a crappy day today. I started my period and had cramps, which is unusual for me. Felt bloated and puffy. YUK!!!

Breakfast

2 eggs
2 slices bacon

Lunch

1/2 c zucchini
1/2 c broccoli
1/4 c onions
2/3 c mushrooms
1 tbls butter
1/3 oz cheddar cheese
Strawberries

Sauteed veggies in butter and topped with cheese.

Dinner

Trail mix

Not a great day, as far as my eating went. Need to do better.
