R2P2 - Day 22

Start weight 161.4
Today's weight 146.4
Gain/Loss -1.0

Was a bit disappointed in how little I lost after my apple day yesterday. I usually drop at least 1.8 and usually 2. I bowled yesterday for 2 1/2 hours and woke up so sore that I can barely move my arms! May have something to do with how little I lost.

Breakfast - 5

Coffee with vanilla cream stevia

Lunch - 235

100g steak
2 c asparagus
strawberries

Dinner - 246

100g chicken
2 c lettuce
orange

After dinner snack - 80

2 sm tangelos

Total calories - 566

I went a little over today with the extra tangelos. So we'll see what the scale read tomorrow. Between the exercising I did yesterday and the extra fruit today......should prove interesting!
