R2P2 - Day 27

Starting weight 161.4

Gained again today. It was either the mango I had yesterday afternoon or that I started my period this morning. Decided to do a lean protein day. Had my usual steak and asparagus for lunch but just protein for dinner. We'll see how that works.

Breakfast - 5

Coffee with vanilla stevia

Lunch - 200

100g steak
2 c asparagus

Dinner - 310

200 g chicken breast
100g shrimp

Total calories - 515

I didn't have enough shrimp so I had some chicken with it. Took a 3 1/2 hour nap today. Have been very tired and was cranky today. The late nights we've been keeping have caught up with me. I'm hoping tomorrow will be a better day.
